Refund Policy

All ticket sales for the Global Happiness Festival are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for purchased tickets, except in the case of a complete event cancellation by the organizers.

2. Event Cancellation

If the Global Happiness Festival is canceled entirely by the organizers for any reason, ticket holders will be entitled to a full refund of the ticket price. Refunds will be processed and credited to the original method of payment within 30 days of the cancellation announcement.

3. Postponement or Changes

In the event that the festival is postponed, or if there are changes to the schedule, speakers, or venue, no refunds will be issued. Your ticket will remain valid for the new date and/or revised event plan.

4. Unauthorized Sales

We are not responsible for tickets purchased through unauthorized third-party vendors. Refunds will not be granted for tickets that were not purchased directly from our official website or ticketing partners.
