This Refund Policy applies to all passes purchased for GHF 2026 through our official website and authorised ticketing partners.
1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable under the following circumstances:
- Event Cancellation: If GHF 2026 is cancelled, you will receive a full refund.
- Event Reschedule: If the event is rescheduled, your pass will remain valid for the new dates.
- Eligible Refund Window: Refund requests must be raised within the refund window mentioned in the pass type details or as communicated at the time of purchase.
- Non-Transferable: Passes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
2. Refund Window
You can request a refund within the period specified for your pass type:
Full Day Pass
7 days before
the event
Evening Pass
7 days before
the event
Group Pass
14 days before
the event
Weekend Pass
14 days before
the event
Requests made after the above period will not be eligible for a refund.
3. How Refunds Are Processed
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days.
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method used.
- Any applicable payment gateway or convenience fees are non-refundable.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- Passes purchased outside the refund window.
- Add-ons, merchandise, food & beverage, transport or accommodation.
- Passes purchased through unauthorized resellers.
- No-shows or voluntary cancellations.
